There is a $5.00 per month equipment rental fee for each receiver above the first. ($6.00 for the MPEG4 series).
There is a DVR fee of $5.98 for each dual tuner receiver on customers account. This fee is waived when customer subscribes to America's Everything Pak AEP), DishHD Platinum or Latino "Everything Pak" (LEP).

There is a $199.99 one time up-grade fee for the 622 HD DVR. There is a $99.00 one time up-grade cost for a second 625.

*$49.99 credit on the first bill requires an 18-month commitment to Digital Home Advantage. If qualifying service is terminated prior to end of 18 months, a cancellation fee equal to the lesser of $240 or $13.33 per month for each cancelled month of service will apply.
