Office, Financial Institution, Auto Dealership, School/University classroom,
Church, Health Club, Retail Store Health Club, Membership Country Club,
or Business operating in a Mall and food and/or alcohol are
not served to your patrons.

(MDU) Plans if:

own or operate a Apartment Building, University Dormitory, Fraternity
House, Residence Hall, Mobile Home Park, or boating Marina Facility, that
serves ten (10) or more tenants who are interested in DISH Network
